DUNELM MILL, the UK’s number one soft furnishings specialist is coming to Dundee just in
time to give your home an Easter make-over.
The new 28,400 square foot store will open on Thursday March 11 at the Kingsway West Retail Park in
Cleptington Road, Dundee.
The store is in the former MFI unit,
which has been considerably improved to accommodate the 20,000
different homeware items that Dunelm Mill has to offer. This includes all your favourite brands including Dorma, Fogarty, Morphy Richards and Brabantia plus Dunelm Mill’s own exclusive ranges all at
‘Simply Value for Money’ prices.
Dunelm Mill is passionate about value for money and customer service and offers everything you need for
your home all under one roof. With more than 130 unique bedlinen
designs, -more than 350 lighting products, 400 different wall art &
mirror designs, over 700 cushions, 100 readymade curtains, over 90
rug designs and in excess of 600 fabrics Dunelm Mill is the
destination of choice for all your homeware needs.
The new store will provide a Custom
Made curtains, blinds and accessories service where you can choose
from a massive range of fabrics, a dedicated Dorma bedding department
and a specialist craft section. You can also stop in the Pausa Coffee
Shop for a tea or coffee, a slice of cake or a tasty lunch.
The store will be open seven days a
week and boasts free parking, two floors of homewares to browse with
a convenient customer lift and full air conditioning. This will be
Dunelm Mill’s eighth store to open in Scotland and the 101st
in the UK. 80 full and part time jobs will be created for local
people.

order online and collect from your nearest store. If you can’t wait
till 11th March, the next nearest Dunelm Mill store is on
St Catherine’s Retail Park, Perth, just 19 miles away from Dundee.
Bill and Jean Adderley founded Dunelm
Mill in 1979 as a market stall business in Leicester selling
ready-made curtains. The first store was opened in 1984 and since
then the business has developed into a successful nationwide chain of
more than 100 stores with many more planned.
It is still very much a family firm –
the Chief Executive, Will Adderley is the son of the founder. He
