Arbroath Seafest

ArbroathThe Arbroath Seafest has been going since 1997 and now is part of a wider local summer celebration, The Hairst.

The 11th annual Arbroath Sea Fest takes place on Saturday 25th August 2007

Regular features include boat-dressing competitions, fishing displays, train displays and cookery demonstrations.

The undisputed star of the show is the Arbroath Smokie - haddock smoked over wood chips in an outdoor pit
