Direct Lettings, the new property letting and management service, will officially open their offices in Scotland on Thursday 1st December. The company already manages over 1,300 properties in and around the Dundee region as a result of their association with J&E Shepherd, one of the largest independent firms of chartered surveyors in the UK. The ongoing expansion of the lettings brand stands to create many job opportunities in Dundee and throughout Scotland.

The launch of Direct Lettings is the latest venture from Shepherd Direct, a group of companies which specialise in the property sector; this is a natural extension to the existing company portfolio. Drawing on extensive experience in property lettings, they will deliver a bespoke service to landlords and tenants across Scotland, providing excellent value for money alongside exceptional customer service.

The founders and shareholders of Direct Lettings include the former CEO, MD and Directors of First Direct, Egg, Virgin Money and Connells, as well as surveyors who are Fellows of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Direct Lettings Dundee officially opens its offices on Commercial Street on Thursday 1st December.
