The Dundee Messenger are focused on providing the best local news for our readers by encourage local people to write about the news and issues that effect them.

The publication is currently updated on a daily basis with relevant press releases, but we really need you to become involved and write the news yourself.

We are looking for writers to contribute article to the publication, You don't need any experience or qualifications to write for us,  You don't even need to contribute on a regular basis, all we require is a decent standard of writing and that you live in or around Dundee.

As a columnist you can write about whatever you like – news, sport, features, local history, you may even make a little extra income from contextual advertising which we will gladly set up for you.
